Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PaintBoothGear. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Items returned without a return authorization.

To initiate a return, please email customer@paintboothgear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.


2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at customer@paintboothgear.com.

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the situation.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer@paintboothgear.com.
